These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the phhsky platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager. By using phhsky, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

Each player may hold only one active phhsky account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances or bonuses.

phhsky reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, proof of address, or proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by phhsky may result in account suspension.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the phhsky Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. phhsky employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances or pending withdrawals forfeited.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to update your account information promptly if any details change. phhsky is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phhsky account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phhsky will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. You must notify phhsky immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
phhsky is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
phhsky currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). phhsky does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
The minimum deposit amount on phhsky is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. phhsky does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. phhsky aims to process approved withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya within fifteen (15) minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) may take one (1) to three (3) business days. phhsky reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
You must not use the phhsky Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. phhsky cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities in the investigation of suspicious transactions.
phhsky may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
phhsky reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Determination of bonus abuse is at phhsky's sole discretion.
All games available on the phhsky Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
phhsky uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed on screen. phhsky does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within each game's information panel.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, phhsky reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to your account balance. phhsky is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
Bets placed and accepted by the phhsky system are final and binding. phhsky reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at obviously incorrect odds or on events where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phhsky Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without phhsky's prior written consent.
The phhsky name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of phhsky. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.
phhsky collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at phhsky Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
phhsky implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and phhsky cannot guarantee absolute data security.
phhsky will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.

phhsky's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phhsky account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phhsky does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phhsky makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform or its content.
phhsky reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination of your account, any verified balance remaining in your account (net of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding compliance checks. phhsky is not liable for any losses you may incur as a result of account suspension or termination carried out in accordance with these Terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and phhsky, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected] so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. phhsky aims to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent phhsky from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
phhsky reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phhsky will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting our support team.
